The second page posted here is our first glimpse of what Iest looks like - the tower with the winding road around it (and the steps, which we knew about from just before Cerebus' kidnapping, when he was climbing up them). And I missed it entirely. It was only after rereading this after Church & State that I went - "The Tower! It was right there all along!"

Actually, we see the tower earlier when Cerebus gets the mud in his face, riding in the carriage during the campaign.

Oooh! You're right? How have I always missed that the dozens of times I've read HS? (Especially since all but two or three of those were after knowing the tower existed)
