Hey Matt!
Could you add a link to SDOAR 2023 GFM at the bottom of your posts on AMOC?
Thanks!
Jen
So the other day, I posted some 1982 Tour pics that are most likely gonna end up in the 1982 Tour Book Dave's going to do with The Waverly Press, that Dave sent me. Well, how about some pics that ain't POSSIBLY going to end up in there?

See, because they're from 1983, and the 1982 Tour book, by design, is only gonna have 1982 material in it.

Also, Dave had notes, and I figured out how to put 'em on the photos. If you wanna see these unedited, buy the book?

Pretty sure "unknown" is Arn Saba. As later photos will show.

I'm gonna go out on a limp and say this ISN'T from the Grand Opening Party, since McFarlane wasn't on Amazing Spider-Man in 1983.

Next Time: Something quick, this one took too long...

Well I'll be passing on the opportunity to buy the 2023 reissue versions of the 1977 #1 issue: spent some money at a rummage sale recently, and my dear wife's car needs close to $2K in repairs (...on her birthday, no less....), and really how many boxes of 'I'll never look at that again!' does a Cerebus fan need anyway?!

.....that last one's a rhetorical question....

Love the old pictures. As you mentioned, the bottom picture looks to be later than ‘83. Is that a poster for Cerebus Bi-Weekly in the window?

John G - good eye! that is indeed a poster for the Cerebus Biweekly series. The first issue is dated December 2, 1988.
