Next Thursday, not this Thursday (January 30th), NEXT Thursday (February 6th), Dave and I will continue the monthly discussion/Q&A/bull session, Please Hold For Dave Sim. You can get in on it by emailing any questions you have to momentofcerebus@gmail.com. And you can get a quasi-preview in this, our FIRST podcaster to ask questions since Dave wrote the Podcaster Policy:
Mondays!
_______________And here's a thing:
In other Kickstarter news, the campaign video has been added to the main page. You should go over there and watch it (since I can't share it here...)
Rigamarole:
Josh Even has a new deal for the new year:
Happy New Year! Let’s make this the Year of the Earth Pig. I have recovered from the inaugural 2024 run of 30 ‘Deluxe’ Earth Pig Warriors.
I will start off 2024 by opening up orders for the 2025 ‘Basic Bitch’ Earth Pig Warrior.
Here’s the pricing. The two prices are for ‘unpainted’ and ‘painted’. ‘Painted’ for this run means painted heads and black-lined bodies- so the medallions swords will be the comic-style gray.
If you want gold or silver medallions or a gold & silver sword, that’s a bit extra.
Shipping to the US will be included. Shipping out of the continental US will be extra (determined at time of shipping).
All orders will come with a collector’s card and some stickers!
Basic figure (1 head, 1 pair hands- right grip/left fist, one gray sword) $90/$100. Choose from one of 4 available heads (see photo).
Extras:
Painted medallions (silver or gold) $5
Extra Head $10/$20
Hands $8/$10 - left grip/right fist or open pair
Painted sword (silver and gold) $20
Fabric Vest $20
Let’s see how this goes!
Direct message me to order.
Each order will need a $20 down payment to get going.
I’ll place an order with the printer at the end of a week if I have orders. Those will be completed in the order they are received.
Thanks everyone! Tell your friends!
If you click on Josh's name, it's supposed to take you to his Facebook post. But if that doesn't work, or you don't deal with Zuck the Fuck's bullcrap, you can always send an e-mail to momentofcerebus@gmail.com, and I'll get you in touch with Josh. You can see a video of my 80s Earth-Pig Warrior here.

Question on the postcard packs -- does each pack bring a chance of a Guys prize, or is it one chance per person? i.e. if someone buys all three packs then they have three chances?
Craig: as I understand it, Dave is inserting the Chase cards at random without anyone around. Rolly is then packing people's pledges.
So every pack is a chance to win. Buy 1, 1 chance. Buy 3, 3 chances. Buy 56, 56 chances.
I'll double check, but that's how Dave described it during the last Please Hold.
Manly
Just a guess until Dave clarifies, Craig, I'm pretty sure there is no designation between the card packs. One pack equals one chance regardless of what is printed on the cards. All three card packs are selling about the same amount. As of this writing there are 61 card packs sold. That equals $915 (no postage!). I would say that does not quite pay for the prizes just yet, but there are still two weeks left in the campaign.
The above anonymous is Birdsong who is so dumb he can't even get his name on his reply. Or this one, either.
