My father's middle name is Louis, and if you add the "o" in the right place, it reminds me that he's flown in to see me this weekend and I've driven a fair distance to see him. In a few hours, we've discussed everything from the closing of 21 US embassies across the Muslim world in case Al Quaida is not actually on the run [not "Moslem", Gerald; get you're spelling right] to how awesome "The Avengers" movie was.
Upon re-read, I noticed the "Gordon" joke right away, but did not notice the "Gordon Sumners" joke until later. And only when I looked for the reply button did I notice "Alec Holland". OMFG!
I was just skimming (for now), but saw the "Mr. Gebbie" and "Alan Gebbie" references. Very funny and snarky. Clever and clearly referring to Dave's ongoing view that men like Alan Moore are such feminists that they've been swallowed by the void a loooong time ago. . .
