Cerebus: Silverspoon (1979)

Hi, Everybody!

Then (even though it has been posted before):
Hey look, it's a placeholder page I don't need to post...
Ya REALLY get your money's worth here in Year Nine...

If you'd like to OWN one of the original printings of one of these pages, Jen has an offer for you.

Dang, I KNEW I forgot something for yesterday's post...

I opened up the box of "evening cuppes"...

(Since they're misprinted versions of Cerebus' Latter Days coffee mug, and typically people drink coffee in the morning, and:
...so I call them "mourning cuppes". Then the misprints would have to be the opposite, therefore "evening cuppes"...) (Ya get the idea of how I got this gig, don'tcha?)

Anyway, there were twenty-nine of the seventy-two I ended up with (thirty or so of which I donated to the Hero Initiative twenty or so years ago. Who knows what happened to them...).

I'm gonna keep one, so I have twenty-eight that I don't need to hang onto after twenty-one years.
Back and front.

So, if you want a strange near-antique, shoot an email to momentofcerebus@gamil.com, and I'll tell ya where to send the $20USD I want for these. No shipping charge in the States or Canada. Everybody else add $10USD for shipping. I'll send 'em anywhere the postman is willing to go...

I was looking in the box to see how many "morning cuppes" I had left

And the answer was...two.

I'm OBVIOUSLY keeping one, but I had a guy express interest in the other one,

But, if he doesn't pounce on it, I'll let everybody know.

If you REALLY want one, the AMOC TeePublic Shoppee has "Take 3" available on all sorts of Merch (like socks.) including a coffee mug

Speaking off,
Up to 35% off November 23. And 40% off the 24th-December 2.*
*Sale dates are not final and therefore subject to change.

Anyway,

Like the logo? I stole it...

Our very own Jen DiGiacomo is part of a film production titled The Day Elvis Died. She'll never ask anybody here, but they're crowdfunding to finish the post production on the movie. (It's set in 1977, will a certain obscure Canadian cartoon aardvark make a cameo? (No. Elvis died in August. Cerebus wasn't published until December. Any appearance in the flick would be an anachronism that would ruin the movie for everybody. EVERYBODY!).) Here's the first trailer.
