Question; can someone supply to the rest of us "contenders" the blank backgrounds that are most commonly used, so that we can mock up our own Vark Wars contributions? I'm a mostly visual writer when it comes to my comic gags and having blank background scenes would help a lot. I've already got the Cerebus figures, but I suppose others would need those as well.
Personally, while I find these funny, I'm really not interested in crowd-source community fan-fiction Cerebus. I suppose I'll buy it for completeness's sake, Yoohwhoo willing, but I hope Dave doesn't make a habit of this.
If Dave isn't feeling it enough to produce any strips, I wonder what good it would do to publish it? Is it really going to promote Cerebus to Star Wars fans? What SW fans like the new movies so much they go to their LCS for SW-culture satire that aren't Jeffrey Brown books?
Okay. We have DEFINITELY gone from old-school Cerebites, to the Young Turks, to the Millenials, to ... whatever you're called now.
Even if you're actually old-school Cerebites, you're not selling me on this new stuff.
I'd rather buy original art pages. You know, like that (mumble, mumble, mumble) guy, Brian. Yeah, you know who you are, stealin' pages from me. You know who you are. 🤑

This deal keeps getting worse all the time.
Gary,
Superman's Frenemy says try: https://www.gutenberg.org/files/8789/8789-h/8789-h.htm
They're not the highest quality, but should work for submissions.
