Just remember: Cerebus was an awful creature, most times purposefully; Jaka was not much better, most times vacuously.
This scene was such a gut-punch.
Never noticed this before: On page 490, panel 3, Cerebus' right ear is wiping away the lion's tear during that poignant scene.Dave 'n' Ger's collaboration, when they were on their marks, was par ecellence.
Excellence. Sheesh. French for "pretty fuckin' good".
