The Dancing Girl. The Aardvark. Their Legendary Love.

RICHARD BRUNING:
(from a comment on Kickstarter Update #66, 24 July 2012)
...For those of you who care, doing the monthly Cerebus B&W ads was one of the most enjoyable creative experiences of my career. Some of my best work too. All because (besides loving the book) of the creative freedom that Dave gave me. Deni would send me the first 10 pages of the next issue and then it was all up to me to decide what to do with them. Far as I know, I only pissed off Dave once with my efforts. (You have to guess which one and why, when all of them see "print" or whatever.) Thank you Dave for that wonderful opportunity.

For further information about Richard Bruning see the profile in Comic Book Creator #7 (TwoMorrows, Spring 2015).

A Call To Arms!
I have a complete run of Richard Bruning's Cerebus ads for issues 31 through to 49, with the exception of #41 and 43. Can anyone send me a scan of those missing ads (or any other ads)? It'd be great to get the full set posted on to AMOC.
Many thanks,
Tim

Is this the first appearance of "Like No Other Comic?" I have a poster with that slogan and the cover of #53 (I think - the one with Cerebus and the Countess sitting in front of a picture window), but I didn't know it had been used previous to that.
