So it's been 26 years since M & D began. Each year-long volume blew me away as I read it then, and they only get better with re-reads. WOMEN is my favorite of the four. Tight, tense plotting leading up to the showdown. READS works best for me if I can fit it all into one or two sittings, but that's hard to accomplish these days.
And now we're as far from 151 as 300 was from #1. Time flees.
