...in all seriousness, Dave used tracing paper extensively for the last four books of the series, drawing multiple layers in the case of new characters (such as aged Cerebus here) where he wanted to get the anatomy nailed down.
I never anticipated THIS though. 20 years before Batman: The Damned! How's that for trend-setting new directions?

I used to have the nakid Ham prelim on tracing paper - sitting down in the buff. The drawing was pretty large. Many years ago I sold it on eBay. I'm pretty sure I don't need to see that again either.
