Anonymous: I only skimmed the letter as I formatted it/it's what Derik wrote and what Dave was responding to/as a rule I only ever edit out things I'm asked to or people's addresses/what am I? The Thought Police?
If Derik wants to be write Dave judenhass (as I understand it, Semite is a geographical region, not a religion/creed. So Antisemitism can be against anyone from the region not just Jew Hate.), and Dave sends it to me, that's on Derik. I'll "publish" any opinion anybody has that I'm sent (as long it's at least tangentially related to Cerebus/Dave Sim/Dave's work/Gerhard/etc.), it's kinda how ya fill a DAILY blog with content.
I DID use the Aardvark Comment banner, so this is very much like the letters column of old. Which means "nothing is forbidden, everything is permitted."

Anonymous. People can be crude and use crude language (in this case to highlight a point about the way the Jews were/are treated) without it expressing their own feelings in any way.
I see Dave understands his own country as accurately as he understands the Bible. He might feel that's a compliment, but it ain't. For someone who claims he wants to perceive reality accurately, he sure is bad at it.
The only thing being banned from the Cerebus Facebook Group shows is that Margaret L. has taken a dislike to you.
