I held for Dave Sim, and he called, we talked for just over an hour. I gotta edit the video and upload it and stuff, so that'll probably be done by Monday.
But, Dave told me that I'm the first person in forty years to notice the Cerebus in silhouette motif.

Okay, Tony, snarkiness aside, Dave was rounding to those fat zero numbers. We all do it: it's been almost 40 years since my college roommate and I watched the M*A*S*H finale together; it's also been slightly more than 60 years since Dave Sim was born; indeed, it's also been slightly over 40 years since the debut of "Cerebus the Aardvark #1".
Tempus fugit, but round numbers attract attention.
