Royal Albert Hall (Dave's weekly update #525)

Hi, Everybody!

New format! Like it says on the Logo:

It's Friday, so that means:
Dave's Weekly Update:
Akimbo and Cerebus Archive Portfolio #10: Minds ended today. There was a last minute Auction thing that nobody said anything about on A Moment of Cerebus, because we all have jobs. Maybe you should have just backed the damn Kickstarter I've been railing on about for a month. You snoozed, you loosed.

Anyway, Dave says:
So, remember to comment "Swordfish" on your backer surveys when Hobbs gets them to you. So you can get The Thing.

If you missed out, CAN10 will join the others available here eventually...
And you can get Akimbo thru Diamond:

Speaking of Diamond, You can order a copy of the Cerebus #1 Facsimile Edition. Also available in Signed: Cerebus #1 Facsimile Edition Signed. (Final Order Cutoff for online orders is the 29th. Non-online orders are due the week before (or is the week after? Eddie wasn't sure when he told me.)) Anyway Dave says:
So that's cool...

And I know the Cerebus fans Down Under get soaked on shipping, but here's a Dave Sim related Kickstarter where the North Americans get screwed: Greener Pastures #8 "What's  Greener Pastures #8? And how does it relate to Dave Sim?" I hear you ask. Well here's a hint:
(A tip of the shiny metal helmet to Oliver' Simonsen whose Cerebus movie: The Absurd, Surreal, Metaphysical, and Fractured Destiny of Cerebus the Aardvark it's currently available on "Plex", "Xumo", "Vimeo On Demand", "Tubi". If you're in Brazil..."Mometu", "Nuclear Home Video", for sharing the link on the Faceybookees.) Anyway, the project is live.

And since the topic is Kickstarters, Living the Line has a new one: TIHKU!

Okay, back to Bizness as unusual:

"Spaceballs" may be the funniest film Mel Brooks ever made - and that's really saying something.
