I wish these were funny instead of tedious. Even fans don't talk about this stuff.
Tedious doesn't even begin to cover it. Look at that Minotaur one. They're embarrassing beyond belief.
I was curious about the “a hold of” note on the one strip, as the original sounded ok to me, and from a cursory glance at online sources, it sounds like any of the versions would be acceptable. In fact, Grammarly claims that “ahold” (one word) is considered an Americanism. Weird.
Just struck me as odd.
I do. So, there’s one fan here.
An informal survey on the Facebook group suggested that most people who buy CiH purchase multiple copies 'cause they want to support Dave, but don't read them.
