Hey, wanna SEE the Wilf Jenkins Collection?
Click to obsessively pour over every detail like an insane person. (I don't care if I did it too Margaret, it's still creepy...) |
Ditto. |
Some months later (or the next day. Canadian weather is weird...) |
Dave might have called "dibs" on some of these... |
These too... |
I don't think these are ten bucks... |
Or these... |
I showed the back of this one, but here's the front. |
And the Certificate of Authenticity. |
I got like a hundred and seventy-seven more pictures of individual issues, so IF Wilf Jenkins Week goes long, I'm covered...
Like I don't think there'll be a roll of Matt Dow's A Moment of Cerebus stickers until A Moment of Cerebus belongs to somebody else...
Next Time: Did I mention the hundred and seventy-seven other pictures?

If those are complete runs of Puma Blues and Journey, I call dibs on them all. Also, any 1st printings of phone books. Also, Cerebus #s 1, 2, and 3.
Jeff,
It...it doesn't work that way.
I'm not sure about the phonebooks, but the individual issues are gonna be $10 thru the comic book store.
And Wilf didn't start until 1982, so he never had issues 1,2, or 3.
And if DAVE didn't have an issue, he already bought it. So Journey and The Puma Blues might already be claimed by him.

I got my Platinum Cerebus #1 today. :)
Yes, I liked the platinum the best.
Two things:
No Cerebus #1s yet. Pretty sure I bought all 3. And some other stuff.
Also, I'm pretty sure I spoke with Wilf on the phone near the end of his run as Dave's protector and he was very gracious towards me. So, thanks, Wilfred.
Ya know, I think Dave looks better with the hair.
