I'm one of those who can at best afford to be a Patreon supporter but I love that these Archives exist. Personally I'll be saving and hoping to afford the eventual Jaka's Story set, but I love that older sets will be available through Diamond, at least for awhile, so I can hope to catch up.
OK, if I'm reading that last bit right, Dave is saying that the bonus prints will be available again and again in future pledge drives, so we don't HAVE to order as many as possible right away. That's a relief, as the notion of doubling my "order" fills me with trepidation and other long, scary words. I can order the ones I really really want right away and then fill in to get the rest later on. YAY!
The exact same thing happened when I opened the cardboard envelope. It's not important in the grand scheme of things but it's the one of those things that makes you think 'Doh!' and then comic related OCD goes into overdrive! Lol.
Off topic, but if it hasn't come up yet may I suggest that the eventual (God willing) Legacy Edition of Cerebus include the introductions from the Swords volumes as appended annotations. If it has come up then let me heartily second it. I think that particular addition (as opposed to other uncollected work from those volumes) would be entirely relevant to the volume.

I had the same issue with opening the envelope. Oh well, lesson learned and I'll be sure to open CANT more patiently

I like seeing a scan of the fax for the weekly update. It has a kind of "breaking news" feel to it.
