Weekly Update #111: Meanwhile...

With a new intro and outro sequence by George Peter Gatsis, in this week's update by Dave Sim...
  • TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS of comics head for The Comic Book Warehouse in Kitchener!
  • A look at Meanwhile... featuring the stunning art of Gary Spencer Millidge and Darryl Cunningham!
  • Also, Jimmy Gownley (Amelia Rules) offers his effusive praise for the restored edition of Church & State: "This is absolutely stunning. You guys have done an absolutely astounding job. It's like if someone showed you that your beloved copy of Sgt. Pepper was somehow missing half of the instruments and vocals. I'm blown away."

Wow! The return of the Cerebus Preview!
Great idea! Might be another way to add
more conversation of AMOC to other site's
blogs and comic news sites write ups.
Along with helping out others artists & writers
just as the original Cerebus Preview did.
The new opening for the Weekly update looks great.
The plugs at the end are another good idea to
keep it in the face of the viewer!
Dave, I know there has been a lot going on,
But any updates on the drawing hand?

Hey Steve, I agree, Cerebus Previews in the update would be great and a good way to add content, I'll ask Dave about whether he's planning on doing more. No update on the hand AFAIK.

I'd sent an email to Comic Warehouse well over a week ago.

>singing that old Genesis song<

'No reply, there's no reply at all'

Hoping for better.
