Hey Dave, Sorry to hear about the hand. I'm still hopeful that it will get better. Regardless though, I don't want a refund on any of the kickstarter dollars I've contributed. If I get the head sketch or the personalized labels I paid for then great, but if not I'm fine with it because the money is going to a great cause, and the results are evident in the newest editions of the phone books. I wouldn't mind if just the sticker on the print envelope of the Kickstarter package/set was signed instead of all of the prints. I am always very surprised that all of the prints are signed and I wonder how the heck Dave does it. I'm a huge fan of Dave, but I'd rather he save his time and hand for drawing than signing my stuff.
Maybe for the next KS, just sign the sticker on the envelope and help Dave save his hand.
You know, I can't help but wonder…Gerhard came along to help make Cerebus live up to its full potential. What if there's some young, hotshot artist with a Jeff Jones-style fine line and a knack for tracing and photorealism…?

Ditto.
Sorry to hear this.
Again, I'm going to suggest trying acupuncture. Worth a try. It worked wonders on my back.

Ditko.
Sorry, my bad, I meant Ditto.
Dave, I met a guy tonight who had a major shoulder pain (injury), who said his doctor recommended something called kinaesthetic tape. (Sp?)
Anyway, it appears to be adhesive, and it seems to be designed to provide support against over-usage of the joint, as you're healing.
He was very enthusiastic about it, as he is using it and healing.
I dunno.
Maybe worth looking into...
Man, that sucks!
