The Living the Line 2022/2023 sampler is here!

Hello everyone! Sean here. I hope this message finds you well!

This is just a quick message to let you know that the Living the Line 2022/2023 teaser sampler is here now, and ready to download! This PDF gives a brief overview and sample pages of many of our upcoming titles, including our comic store-only miniseries, The Abolition of Man, the upcoming stunning books The Exile, Centralia, a first peek at Matt Battaglia’s House on Fire, and our catalog titles as well! Click the above link to view or download the sampler.

As you can see from the schedule below, we’ll have even more announcements soon, including cover reveals for Path of the Shades by Clarence Dass, and Matt’s finished House on Fire cover.

The current plan is to run Kickstarters for two of these titles — the Exile and Centralia, as both of these books will be very expensive to produce in the oversize color hardcover format. The Exile will likely launch November 1st, with Centralia following a month later.

We would LOVE to have YOUR input on these campaigns, and any help you can provide promoting for these titles! Every book we’ve published so far has been because of the good will and input of our backers, watchers/listeners, and other supporters, and these titles will be no different. (In fact, it was a YouTube follower who alerted me to Erik Kriek’s work in the first place, and set both of these titles into motion). As such we would really value your feedback. What would YOU like to see in these campaigns? What type of titles would you like to see in the future? Let us know!

All of these are stunning books, and we couldn’t be prouder to be bringing them to you!

All the best,
Sean

Over at the Cerebus No 4 6-7/78 & POT8.2 by Dave Sim Kickstarter, Birdsong posted:
Another delivery from the printer!
This time we feature the Cerebus No 4 All-Gold Remastered version. The gold was hard to capture in a photo but Dave likes what he sees and these are good to go. There's also a quick look at the portfolio plates that Dave has approved as well. All printing should be finished in the coming week.

There may be additional photos on Matt Dow's:
https://momentofcerebus.blogspot.com
tomorrow evening if Matt is able to share them in time for tomorrow's update.

I put 'em in a video yesterday.

If you are a member of Instagram you can now follow The Waverly Press. They are beginning the process of assembling the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles No 8 Remastered version for January 2023 and sneak peaks will be available in the coming weeks.

Ok, pictures...
I just made another video. (It only takes TWICE as long as resizing the photos...)

As Rolly said in the email about the pictures:
Hey,

Dave wanted me to send you photos of the GOLD version of Cerebus No. 4 Remastered proof that showed up today at Camp David and Dave took a look at it. He likes what he sees!!!!!!!

Also, Dave was looking at the final Cerebus No. 4 Portfolio proofs that also made their way to Camp David.
PS -- Also the Cerebus Christmas card showed up as well.

The good news is that these Kickstarter items should be printed next week as Alfonso has more time now to work on this project. Last weekend was the Toronto FanExpo and Alfonso was very busy with that.

Have a great long weekend!!!!!
Eddie doesn't have an Instagram OR a YouTube. But he's got his Strange Death of Alex Raymond annotations. (I mean, I assume. Maybe he's ALL over the 'gram and just not telling me...)

If you backed a Cerebus related Kickstarter, make sure you filled out your surveys.

Oliver's got an Instagram and a Cerebus movie: The Absurd, Surreal, Metaphysical, and Fractured Destiny of Cerebus the Aardvark it's currently available on "Plex", "Xumo", "Vimeo On Demand", "Tubi".  And if you're in Brazil...

Heritage has pages from Cerebus #1. And a whole heap of other neat stuff.
