"Let's get another page..."
- Philip Frey, SDOAR 2023 GoFundMe Donor
Jen DiGiacomo, shockingly still Interim Head of SDOAR Division at A-V, here with yet another weekly update on the SDOAR 2023 GoFundMe campaign (does anyone get this reference from The Daily Feed?!?)!
- $3075 raised in 56 days from 63 donations
- 19 new pages released as mocked up by Dave Sim from June 11 to August 2, 2021
- 40 total pages available on Dropbox, including Dave's 2019 mocked-up pages!
- Only $125 away from unlocking amazing page 40!
- $925 away from unlocking SDOAR 2023 Ashcan Vol. 0 & Ashcan Vol. 1!!
>>Punto Importante<<
- If you have not donated >> $5+ donation grants access to all 40 pages on Dropbox -- and every unlocked page moving forward!
- If you have donated (thank you!!!) >> GoFundMe does not have an option for monthly subscriptions. So... if you want to donate on a monthly basis, please do so as this is the "final day" of month #2.
- GoFundMe is a dreadful communication platform -- if you haven't heard back from me, gotten access to the new pages, etc., please email me directly at jen@typingmonkeys.com
- I am back from my L.A. escapades, but caught some non-COVID crud on the flight back, so I am behind on the top secret thing for donors -- which I am going to need to shift forward a month. Definitely more on this next week.

Just the Fax, Ma'am: More SDOAR 2023 Rewards
Remember Philip Frey? The guy with the quote at the top of the post? No? Well, scroll back up and read what he wrote. I'll wait.
...
Back? Good. Well, good Sir Philip unlocked a page and as his reward got the following two pieces of production from Dave.
Jealous? Well, don't be. All you need to do is donate enough to unlock the next page (a new page unlocks every $200) and Dave will work on his next care package just for you.
(Rereading that, I used the word "well" a few too many times for my own comfort, so if it bothers you as much as it does me, trying saying it in your best Samantha Stevens voice, and it'll be fine. Well, mostly fine.)
Overpriced Pledge Items
The Cerebus Newsletter sold last week, meaning I get to add another item to the hopper to entice folks to donate even more to the SDOAR 2023 GoFundMe campaign. Hint: It's pictured above and described in detail below. If you are interested in any of the items, simply donate the recommended price below to the GFM campaign, and I'll ship it out to you for free (unless you live overseas, then we'll see what the actual shipping costs are). Note that $200 or more donations automatically get you SDOAR 2023 production art.
- $450 >> Dave Sim Original Art Card (2021): I purchased this art card during the Cerebus #2 Kickstarter campaign for $225 -- and am donating it to the campaign. Anyone who purchases this will unlock TWO pages AND receive at least four pieces of production art as thank you.
- $125 >> Dave Sim's Cerebus the Aardvark Button Set: Includes 7 buttons (sadly three are missing) which show varying levels of rust -- and the button set card. Note that these are the limited edition button set, only 99 were made. This is 23 of 99.
- $110 >> Hermitage Awesomes Silicon Session, Prototype V 4.0 signed by Dave Sim #3/11, also inscribed by Carson Grubaugh. Hermitage Awesomes is a parody of the Heritage Auction preview books, by Dave Sim and Carson Grubaugh and includes an 8-page Strange Death of Alex Raymond Prequel, plus high-res images of original art by Dave and Carson.
- $40 >> Cerebus Number Zero Gold Edition: Very clean copy.
