Well, if the assigned value of a CEREBUS #1 had increased, mathematically-speaking, by 10% since last year, then the assigned value (at, I assume), 9.2, would be $3,190.

Nevertheless, good on yer, Dave!
With both the Star Wars and Iron Fist issue, the key thing is the low print run of, as Dave mentions reading from the Guide, "the 35 cent price variant".
Marvel printed some titles with this price as a trial, but in a small percentage to the whole print run.
And I'm surprised Cerebus #1 beats out Albedo #2, the first appearance of Usagi Yojimbo - a character that continues in popularity, rather than (as has been mentioned here before) the trend for Cerebus.
