So, did no one else catch that, or care?
The 8 Printer's Proofs haven't been printed yet...but almost all the other copies are being shipped out.
Historically and more importantly, honestly, that's NOT how proof copies work: those are printed first, reviewed, marked for corrections, etc - and from there the production run is produced.
Find another, more honest, name for these copies. It's just like the 'proof copies' of the black and white cover version #2.
Dave, find an honest name for these.
