Poll Time! Wherein YOU (the AMOC Rabbl...I mean "Readership") get to have your voice heard!

Hi, Everybody!

Form the Home Office in Easton Pennsylvania, Michael R. checks in with something that YOU (yes you, yup, you too...) get to provide your input on:
Hi Matt! (I hope I get this right.)

As per Dave's post on Saturday, June 1, I did receive the letter. In the letter Dave asked me to come up with a price or pricing on the adhesive book plates, "THE HELL IT'S YOURS!! PUT IT BACK!! Enclosed is what I received on a 8X11 1/2 sheet of paper. The book plate was enlarged 200%. The adhesive book plates measure 3.5" X 5" inches and have 4 per page.

I'm pretty sure that the future adhesive book plates will remain the same size and 4 to a page.

I found the book plate prices from 2016 CAN3 KICKSTARTER and here they are. The prices were in CANADIAN.

--16 adhesive bookplates unsigned $20 CAD
--8 adhesive bookplates signed $40 CAD
--16 adhesive bookplates signed $60 CAD
--8 adhesive bookplates personalized (FIRST NAME & LAST INITIAL) $100 CAD

ALL 8 WERE HAND WRITTEN AND NO TWO WERE ALIKE. I think Dave mentioned he will NOT be hand writing each individual book plate. I believe it will be only 1 and probably be an over sized original. Also, I believe Dave will be changing the word "trade" with "item" for me. If you want a word changed, I would ask Dave before hand. I didn't ask to change any of the wording.

This is what I came up with based on 2016 pricing. Mine are US pricing.

--16 adhesive book plates unsigned $30 US
--8 adhesive book plates signed with or without CAN number $45 US
--16 adhesive book plates signed with or without CAN number $90 US
--8 personalized with or without CAN number first name and last initial (not sure that Dave will add your city and state, I would ask Dave on anything extra). I believe there would be ONLY 1 ORIGINAL copy and I'm not sure of the size of the original, but probably over sized (8 1/2 X 11 on a good stock paper). The other adhesive book plates would be copies of the original with your first name and last initial. $135 US
--16 personalized with or without CAN number and first name and last initial (not sure if Dave will add your city and state, I would ask Dave on anything extra). There would ONLY 1 ORIGINAL copy and I'm not sure of the size of the original, but probably over sized (8 1/2 X 11 on a good stock). The other adhesive book plates would be copies of the original with your first name and last initial. $160US

I enclosed what it will look like (minus the city and state) and Dave's message.

So, Matt, if you could post this letter with my proposed pricing on AMOC and have AMOC fandom voice their opinion if they "feel" that the prices that I chose for the adhesive book plates are too little, fair or too much.

My pals at the Waverly Press have a new Kickstarter.
This morning we launched our latest book, Bobby Grossman's Nobody Waved Goodbye. This book collects Grossman's photographs of the downtown New York music and art scene of the 1970s-90s with subjects including Blondie, Talking Heads, Andy Warhol, David Bowie, Grace Jones, Stiv Bators, Suicide, Patti Smith, Klaus Nomi, Glenn O'Brien's TV Party, William Burroughs, Iggy Pop, Lou Reed, Ramones and more! NWG is available in softcover for $45 and a signed and numbered hardcover for $95. You can check it out HERE!

NWG is finished and ready to print the day the campaign ends. There will be no waiting for this book.

Alongside the book we are offering 4 new prints signed by Bobby Grossman!

More on this tomorrow. (For REALZ youse guys, I'm TOTALLY serious.)

But:  The Waverly Press are running a "Summer Sale". Nearly EVERYTHING is reduced, with discounts between 20 and 80%! Until the end of June. (Sunday the 30th to be PRECISE.) Now's the time to buy that Cerebus #2 you had your eye on... Click HERE, and remember: Your dependents need Cerebus comics more than they need to inherit money when you croak... (I can GUARANTEE this doesn't apply to the NEW Spawn 10 Lenticular covers. But there's a bunch of other stuff you newer fans didn't get yet. Hell, Father's Day is coming today, that'd you get Dad? Yeah, not a Cerebus comic. I'll tell you that much for free...)

I "feel" Spatula on the bookplates and the oversized Item may be what I ask for if aliases are allowed. Hmm.
As far as cost, fine by me but I'm easy.

I think those prices are very fair.

Those prices seem fair to me. I hope I can raise the funds for 'em.
