Well...good news for the AMOC content team...

Hi, Everybody!

Where to start?
"Headline"? Okay:
Which, I infer, is GOOD news for Jen, Hobbs, Mags and I.

Because, when Skynet becomes self-aware and decides to wipe out humanity, the AMOC content team will be spared as long as we keep posting.

All right Ladies and Gentleman, say it with me: THANKS JASON!

(I'm a little worried WHY AI Jeannie needs my clothes, my boots, and my motorcycle, but I'm NOT not complying...)

Friend to the Blog Steve Peters checks in:
Here's the Cerebus-related content in the new Comicverse: Subspace Chatter Softcover Collection if you feel inclined to mention it on AMOC.

-"Ying In Hell?" (from issue 1) is an 11-page Cerebus in Hell? parody that Dave Sim says is canon (!)

-The Comicverse version of Cerebus, the 3-headed Cerberus appears in our piece covering the Bill Sienkiewicz Challenge (from issue 3) (including, not to mention, an Iguana Vs. Beer contribution from AMOC Interim Editor Matt Dow)

Granted, these are a collection of the original issues, but, not Cerebus-related but of interest, is that there's 48 pages of new comics and an introduction by Jamar Nicholas.

Thanks,
Steve

That LINK again is: uh...here.

My pals at the Waverly Press have a new Kickstarter.
This morning we launched our latest book, Bobby Grossman's Nobody Waved Goodbye. This book collects Grossman's photographs of the downtown New York music and art scene of the 1970s-90s with subjects including Blondie, Talking Heads, Andy Warhol, David Bowie, Grace Jones, Stiv Bators, Suicide, Patti Smith, Klaus Nomi, Glenn O'Brien's TV Party, William Burroughs, Iggy Pop, Lou Reed, Ramones and more! NWG is available in softcover for $45 and a signed and numbered hardcover for $95. You can check it out HERE!

NWG is finished and ready to print the day the campaign ends. There will be no waiting for this book.

Alongside the book we are offering 4 new prints signed by Bobby Grossman!

More on this tomorrow.

But:  The Waverly Press are running a "Summer Sale". Nearly EVERYTHING is reduced, with discounts between 20 and 80%! Until the end of June. (Sunday the 30th to be PRECISE.) Now's the time to buy that Cerebus #2 you had your eye on... Click HERE, and remember: Your dependents need Cerebus comics more than they need to inherit money when you croak... (I can GUARANTEE this doesn't apply to the NEW Spawn 10 Lenticular covers. But there's a bunch of other stuff you newer fans didn't get yet. Hell, Father's Day is coming. Let Dad know how it feels to behead a Borelean.)

Rigamarole:
Heritage has Dave's recreation to the cover  of Cerebus #5:

And for those (like me) who don't got "Heritage" money, there's a Cerebus Original sketch at Comiclink:

Ditto.

(Tip of the shiny metal helmet to  "Damnit Birdsong!" for the link.)
