Actually, the Covers Gallery was solicited in Previews...um, months ago. I think it was originally scheduled as coming out in January, and was advanced solicited at that point. Maybe a re-solicit is coming?
Speaking of Previews, in the current issue (321, June for August), on page 384 from Toon Graphics (edited by art spiegelman and Francoise Mouly) is Little Nemo's Big New Dreams, which is a selection of the Little Nemo stories from the Locust Moon book that came out recently. Gerhard's story/page seems to be a definite -- the artist listing has Gerhard and Various, so he made the cut! I believe the book is a little smaller dimensions than the Locust Moon book, but it's considerably cheaper at 16.95.
Also, if you missed the Elephantmen story that was done for one of the CBLDF or Hero Initiative books by Dave (the one with the Elephant with the sword getting snowed on), the CBLDF Presents Elephantmen Shots #1 book came out this past week with it in there. Good stuff from what I paged through, and it helps the CBLDF.

I too did the stop and pause trying to snoop as much text as I could.
Justin Eisinger with IDW let me know they did receive the two cover prelim's (#11 and 36) I'd sent ... but are they in the book!
