Hi, guys! Good stuff, as usual. I especially appreciated strip five. Okay, here are this week's suggested corrections:

Strip 1, panel 1, balloon 1, line 6--The period should be outside of the close quotation marks.

Strip 1, panel 2, balloon 2, line 2--The period should be outside of the double quotation marks.

Strip 4, sidebar, line 3--Insert "if" before "Infernal".

Strip 5, panels 2 and 3--Technically, there should be no close quote marks at the end of the balloons when the quote is continued, but I can see why you did/do it.

Strip 6, panel 1, balloon 1, line 3--The question mark should be outside of the close quote marks.

Strip 6, panel 3, balloon 1, line 5--The period should be outside of the close quote marks.

These are.... really melancholy. I like.

Hi Tim: Strips 3 and 4 are in the reverse order. And no one noticed. Can you fix those? I've really got to start carving the dates in stone just for my own gratification.

Yes, if you're prone to melancholy (which I'm not: I do the strips for myself), that would do it.

Dave Kopperman - I appreciate it! Thank you!

Thanks, Tim! Sandeep and I have a new protocol where when the Photoshopped strips come back from Benjamin (and thanks, as always, Benjamin for your AMAZING level of volunteer service!), and he's printed them out for me to proofread, I'm going to staple multi-part strips together and number the sequence of the story. Hopefully that will minimize the chance of this happening in the future,

What prompted the background change on 1, 3, 4, 5?

What the?... Are you talking about the three black dots over Cerebus' left shoulder that come and go, Cory, or something else that is extremely difficult to discern?

I think, obviously, that the dots come and go because of the posture of the cuttedandpasted figure of Cerebus thatissuperimposedovertheDorebackgroundwoodcutengravings.

Not sure what the three black dots are, though.

They might keep me up inordinately late tonight, trying not to be scared by them...

Cory - That would be a question for Sandeep. I know we had to change this at the last minute because I had (stupidly) used a Dante picture for the dialogue. So Sandeep had to find a Virgil picture on short notice that ROUGHLY fit the same configuration as the Dante image (tough enough to change without having to rearrange all of the word balloons).

Hi Dave—gotcha. I figured it was something like that, but I was just curious.

Jeff—The strips in question were ones that I had worked on but they are now presented redone by Sandeep with a different background than the one I was directed to use. Again, just curious!
