$35 bid on remark comic

Speaking of bucking the trend of entertainers' marriages - my favorite keyboard player, Tony Banks of Genesis, has been married to the same woman since 1972. Pretty awesome if you ask me.
Apparently Cleese has been having trouble getting the stage version of "Life of Brian" going because the actors are "uncomfortable" with the character of Stan/Loretta. A mirror image of its original release in 1979 - back then conservatives hated it - now the "woke" left hates it. The more things change...
Wait - ya gotta follow the rules or it’s anarchy.
Code indicates bid increments of $10.
…. I may have an unhealthy attachment to codes.

Tony, if you ever have the time -- and inclination -- to visit Twitter at all you should look up some of Idle's tweets about the matter. They're Pretty interesting and funny.
Sorry about the typo.
60 CAD
Thanks, Brian (NOT Cohen! ;-) )- I tried typing "Eric Idle Twitter" into DuckDuckGo; followed the link, but the only posts, going back to late May, were about pancreatic cancer research (understandable, since Mr. Idle is, thank God, a survivor) and the latest North American production of Spamalot (those who haven't seen it, go! if it is coming to your town).
Then I tried "John Cleese Twitter;" he has posted, in the same time frame, about Prince Harry and the Daily Mirror (whom Mr. Cleese appears to like and not like, respectively) and the current Tory government in the UK, which Mr. Cleese clearly does not care for at all.
Nothing about "Life of Brian."
