Cerebus Around the World and Web #40 by Oliver Simonsen

 Hi, Everybody!

Cerebus in Hell?:
The Daily CiH? strips have ended. (Unless there's a great outpouring of demand for more, then we'll crank the machine back to life...)
For Order:Vault of Cerebus! And The "Censored for Grandma" variant: Batvark XXXXX
Signed copies of Vark Wars: Walt's Empire Strikes Back (Signed by Dave, Signed by Dave and me, Signed by me after I scribble out Dave's name, Pretty much available Signed only...)
In stores now: Attractive Cousins
And maybe by the end of the month: The Amicable Spider-Vark (if they can get them remade in time...)

And there's a Kickstarter for Dave and Carson Grubaugh's You Don't Know Jack. The Newest Update:

If you missed the Waverly Press Kickstarter for the Remastered Cerebus #1, limited overflow of the rewards are available at cerebusoverload.com.

Cerebus masks and whatnots with all the money going to Dave.

Until the end of the month, there's also "Cerebus in Hell? 4 Sell". With all the profits going to Aardvark-Vanaheim.

And now we turn once again to Oliver Simonsen and the world wide web...of Cerebus referances.

Last days of the "You Don't Know Jack" comic kickstarter!
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1349357665/you-dont-know-jack/
In the beginning the idea for the promo was to use "comic book like narration text" - here's an example done by Dave. Actually I think this was the only one where it was shown visually how the text would be broken up - in the end to make it more lively he opted for audio voice narration.
And to make it livelier even still Sean had the great idea we add parallax animation to the mix, which i gave a whirl and which you've seen examples of previously here - and here's one more for good measure:)

Margaret Liss: Those two new Cerebus pins from the Cerebus no. 1 remastered Kickstarter look sweet with the rest of my pins. You can get them at The Cerebus Overload website. They have a few other cool Cerebus goodies as well. www.cerebusoverload.com

John Glismann: The Aardvarkian Age? This is in the back of issue #20. What’s going on here? I know there’s also one in the back of #19, but I have some gaps in my early Cerebus issues, so I don’t know if this text is in #18 or #21 (because I don’t have those). Does anyone know what issues this “Aardvarkian Age” ran in? Also, does Dave consider this info an important part of the story?

Margaret Liss: from my website: "The Aardvarkian Age: by Michael Loubert (Dave's Ex-wife's brother). I can only find four installments of this column: issues #16, 17, 19 and 20. Issue #18 has a map of Palnu. A one page column that goes into detail about various things in Cerebus. Very insightful. These were only reprinted in the Cerebus Bi-Weeklys as far as I know."

I had them hosted on the wiki, but long story short, that is gone. :( no it isn't coming back any time soon. I'll send the files to Ron, perhaps they can go up on AMoC

Raymond Mountford: After several tries (the website’s suuuper glitchy lately...kept on getting “product no longer available” for some reason) IT. IS. COMING!and a Sleepaway Camp shirt, too. But that’s MY business lol
