Jen's Non-Stressful Giant-Sized Ashcan(s) Update
Once again, thunder stolen!
Fingers crossed, but I am hoping we will have PDFs delivered to Alfonso for issue #1 before the next update. Then, we'll turn our attention to issue #0 while we wait for the Giant-Sized Ashcan to arrive.
Separately -- of the 51 donors who made the Giant-Sized Ashcans possible, 46 have responded to my email/GoFundMe messages. Five of you have not responded to three attempts at contacting you. I don't want to be a pest, but for those who don't respond, I will be listing you as anonymous. So if you have a burner email for your GoFundMe account, or you've waited to respond, now is the time to let me know.
SDOAR GoFundMe Tote Board
Since the tote board didn't make it into this week's strip (again), let's get an up-to-the-minute SDOAR 2023 GoFundMe campaign update:
- $4,945.00 raised from 88 donations (plus $62.08 outside of GoFundMe).
- 28 new pages released as mocked up by Dave Sim from June 11 to August 24, 2021
- 49 total pages available on Dropbox, including Dave's 2019 mocked-up pages
- Only $55.00 away from unlocking page 50

From last week, Anonymous asked, "For clarification, and in hopes it will spur participation: Anyone who donates $200 will receive the unlocked original art page, autographed by Dave?"
I faxed that question over to Dave and he responded, "No. That was A) Total donations over $1,000, B) Acknowledgement that there's only one of those to date, C) Arbitrary generosity on my part..."
Still - I would wager that everyone has been quite happy with their rewards. Right, everyone?

This is the first printed version of SDOAR, Vol. 1, originally only available to select backers. I think we can also get Dave to sign and personalize them for you -- but only if there is interest.
